Yeah Tiffany! She's my wife and my life and I couldn't be prouder of her.
Yesterday, the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project welcomed Tiffany to their Board of Directors!
Tiffany had served the project as a Community Advisor, for which position she'd been highly recommended by members of the City of Milwaukee's LGBTQ Employee Resource Group, The Hive, which she helped to establish.
In a message to the Board, Board Chair Michail Takach said,
"Tiffany was a standout at our first Community Advisors meeting in November, and demonstrated tremendous passion and vision for event planning possibilities...As Events is one of our 'Big 4' opportunity areas for 2024, we can use all the diverse input and hands-on experience we can get...I know Tiffany can help us make our 30th year one to remember always!"
I am so powerfully proud of Tiffany for taking this challenge on, especially at a time when so many places in our country - and even in our once-proudly-progressive state - seem bent on projecting their own demons onto the LGBTQIA+ community in an effort to distract and divide people further every day. YES TIFFANY!
