Another year of this not-being-able-to-breathe-around-other-people thing, huh? And probably many more after that. It doesn't feel like a thing to celebrate. It just makes me angry and tired. But it's happening, despite the full-body-cringe worldwide-amateur-hour theatrics as most of the world furiously cosplays 2019 forever. The moral injury, the demoralization, the disappointment all fuzz into a foreground static and it gets hard to remember whether anything matters.
That's why we have to head to the PhooleOut Shelter on Friday and Phoole OUT. There will be tunes about dancing together across the miles, and there will be some newer tunes, and some tunes about the truth we wish people would tell.
